Toyota Mechanics in Vegas?

Anyone know of any reliable Toyota mechanics in Vegas?

I just installed a set of Toyota OEM fog lights in my '07 Yaris liftback. The fog lights came with a replacement stalk / combination switch that's supposed to replace the one that came with the car. This new stalk / combination switch has the fog light switch built into it.

I called Fletcher Jones and they say they're not allowed or supposed to install this since the car didn't come with fogs.

Called Findlay, Desert and Centennial Toyota and they all want $200+ to install this stalk.

There's a thread on Yarisworld on how to do this. Tried to do it myself, but couldn't even get the two torx screws out of the steering column (one of the first steps in the DIY).

At this point, I just want to bring it to a mechanic (who either used to work for Toyota or is experienced w/ Toyota cars) that won't rip me off / over charge me just to put this new stalk / combination switch on.
