Yaris added protection item questions

Hello to all, I just brought home a new Yaris liftback. I'm wondering if anyone has some expert advise on these added "Environmental Protection" packages that I seem to have 3 days to decide on.
1) Rustproofing
2) Paint Shield
3) Interior Shield
4) Sound shield (undercoating )
Are they worth the money? Are there better third party aftermarket alternatives?
Thanks
Larry

Paint Shield

Don't bother with the paint shield. By, the time you want to resell your car, the paint shield won't even matter that much. I would assume that i cost more than $500 while repaint cost less than $400. The dealer offer the paint shield at $600 when I purchased my Yaris 09 Sedan.

And for the rustproofing. I don't think you will be driving Yaris for more than 10 years. right? If you plan that long, the rustproofing might be considerable. But, you to keep it less than 10 years, why would your Yaris have rust? I still have a 1989 Toyota Camry, and i don't see too much rust that make it too ugly to drive.

NO....say no. it's just one of those last ditch efforts for them to get extra money out of you.
