Like the thread says, I'm looking to purchase an Echo. Anybody have one for sale?

Also, I'm looking for the common complaints/problems to look for on the inspection before purchase.

Well I just got an 05 Echo recently and the only minor thing I can say so far is that if it is windy, it turns into a bit of a sail on the highway. And that it wont shift into overdrive until it warms up a bit. Assuming your getting an automatic. Other then that I love it!

You might want to mention whether its the sedan or hatchback you are looking for.As for problems? i've had the sedan since 2001,it now has 250k and has yet to require anything but regular maintenance,

The bushings wear out fast because of the body lean. I have a 2door and I love the car. Car has had no problems. They are great cars and easy to work on. They have a timing chain so you won't have to replace it till sometime after you hit the 300k mark. If you drive at about 60 with the 5spd you can get 45mpg.
