Need 03 Echo Serpentine Belt Diagrams Plz

My ac compressor just went out in my 03 Echo and now the car won't even start. I believe the pulley on the ac seized up b/c the belt won't turn and it just makes a horrible squealing noise when you try to turn the engine over. Right now I'm too broke to get a new ac compressor so I figured I'd just replace the belt with one that bypasses the ac altogether. Is this possible with the 03 Echo? And if so, does anyone have a diagram or pic of the engine with and without the ac belt on it? Plz help me out, I need my car back on the road asap...

I've never done it, but I believe its possible, and probably an easy job. Here is the diagram from the 00-02 service manual, I'm not 100% sure it applies to your '03 but it probably does:

I do recommend using penetrating oil on the alternator bracket and bolts and loosening ALL THREE bolts (one lower, two on the bracket itself) to remove or remount the drive belt. You don' t have to go nuts in tightening it, but you should pry the alternator forward as best you can.
