Technically, our cars don't have a serviceable fuel fuel filter-- it's located within the gas tank and is bascially a screen.
As for the AT fluid, I've found that there is no Toyota recomended service interval for the car.
Our car doesn't really need major service beyond the oil and oil filter changes until about 90k to 100k. I know we will need new plugs at about 100k, just a timing chain adjustment, maybe a coolant change and possibly tranny fluid change. (Note, the books says nothing about coolant changes also)
I would say common sense says that if you are in lots of stop and go, do service the AT fluid sooner. I'd say you're okay. If you want piece of mind, do it at about when you need to do your plugs. Do it all when you have to do the plugs.
