Front driver side tire clicking noise

Hi everyone,

I'm hoping someone can help me. I have a 2007 yaris and a little while ago, I noticed a clicking noise coming from my front tire. It really sounded like a piece of plastic broke loose and was rubbing against the tire. It gets faster when I get faster and slower when I get slower. It does not seem to effect the ride or drive ability of the car. Any suggestions?

Thanks

For clarification, it doesn't disappear once you are at speed right?

Brake lights aren't broken, I just don't brake.
--Can honestly go to a parts counter and ask for brake shoes for the front brakes.

Clarification

Thank for you replying to my question. I do not notice it at higher speeds. Very noticeable going slow in city driving. Linked to speed. Any ideas?

Okay, might just be something I have come upon.

More Questions:

1. Slow speed= noise Fast, no noise?
2. Only on side?
3. Recently been on gravel or loose pebble roads?

IF so....

How handy are you? Take the wheel off and you just might find that there is a pebble stuck in the rotor and it's banging onto the brake guard. Centrifugal force keeps it from moving when you're at high speeds.

Here is more info I had conversed with a person with a similar problem:

If you don't think you have this situation, give us more detail, anything you can think of.
