Just bought my Yaris a few weeks ago. Had another stereo fitted and since then the Seatbelt alarm does not work anymore (Good/Bad - I like it).
I noticed that the before starting fitting the guy fiddled with somethings eg. Key, Spedometer and have searched around and THINK that he may have disabled the alarm with his fiddling.
1. Does anyone know the way to Switch the Seatbelt alarm back on ?
2. Does anyone have reference to any other Trick things that can be done ?
3. Is there a way that ALL windows are rolled up when key is taken out of the ignition ?

1. Does anyone know the way to Switch the Seatbelt alarm back on ? ... I'd leave it disabled as one less nuisance noise
2. Does anyone have reference to any other Trick things that can be done ? ..... I installed a cruise control kit in my Echo and Sirius Satellite radio and am very pleased with both
3. Is there a way that ALL windows are rolled up when key is taken out of the ignition ? ..... unlikely possible unless you have power windows
Thanks

and BTW welcome to the forum, .... someone smarter than me will likely chime in with some better answers

Yeah, I'd say just leave that seat-belt alarm disabled. That's the most irritating thing on the Yaris. I always wear a seatbelt, but if you don't put it on quick enough for the car it will keep beeping at you even after you've clicked it.
There is an electrical plug that runs up to your seat belt button that tells your car if you are belted. He probably unplugged it. Look under your seat and see if you have a wire unplugged. Get rid of your green dash lights and go white by removing the little green covers on the dash bulbs. it takes about two minutes. I think it looks a lot better. Windows rolling up when you turn the car off is a custom Job which a custom shop could probably hook up with the right know how and the right amount of money.
Unplugging that wire under your seat might disable your air bags as well. I don't know about the driver's side, but the passenger side air bag turns on and off depending on whether someone's sitting in the seat.
