echo 2003 wiring diagram

I might buy jdm fog light for my 2003 echo(sedan) but it doesn't come with instruction. Where can I find the fog light installtion instruction, wiring diagrams?

is the 2003 service manual the same as the echo 2000-2002?

one more question, is there any way I can replace my high/low beams (hb4)bulb with 9005/9006 bulb?? I was hoping to pout 9011/9012 Hir bulb but it just work if you have 9005/9006 bulb
