2005 Yaris front rotor wear

Good Afternoon, or morning (depending on what side of the world you are on)

I just purchased a 2005 Yaris, nice little car, it just passed 42500 miles, I should have looked a little harder as I just discovered that it has significant brake front rotor wear (pads appear to be OK). It was built at the France plant, which according to the maintenance manual means that the front brakes are "significantly" different than the Japan plant built Yaris's.

So, my question is has anyone else found this problem on their France built Yaris? http://www.toyotanation.com/forum/im...s/confused.gif
