08 Yaris front end creak/groaning

Hello,
I have a 08 yaris, with 24,000 miles on it.. i've been to the dealer over and over again for this issue, and every time the dealer says they cannot replicate the problem. Soo, the problem is, when ever (but not all the time) im turning into a parking spot and the cars coming to rest i hear a groaning.. rubber type of noise from the front end... But when im leaving my gas station...which has a steep bumpy hill.. so a lot of the cars weight is on the front end...im holding the breaks.. going real slow, like a few mps.. the bumps causes my car to rock side to side i can hear a louder creaking/groaning noise.. which i think is a rubber type of noise from the front end on both sides of the car...

now when i go back to the dealer and take a tech out for a test drive, they heard it... but are very reluctant to say anythings wrong.. they are telling me that "well all the weights on the front end of the car in that situation, so maybe that noise is normal" which is total bs.

Has anyone else had or are experiencing this weird issue??

Thanks to all
Tyler

so i just got off the phone with the dealer, and after many test drives... then comparing my car to a new yaris... it turns out there is a TSB for bad motor mounts I dont know the tsb number yet, but when i find out i will post it.

YAY!! Hope this fixes the problem, and helps others out with the same problem

Tyler

OK.. the TSB is T-SB-0068-09
http://www.toyotapartsandservice.com...SB-0068-09.pdf

Im not convinced this will take care of my exact problem, but it is addressing another problem i was going to bring up with toyota about the vibration.

I had creaking and groaning noises on my 01 Echo, would be most notable on the last 20ft of braking to a stop, turning the rotors on a lathe solved the problem but it reappeared again a few months later my mechanic suggested ceramic brake pads which after installtion never gave me noise problems again he attributed the condition of metal brake pads having a tendancy to glaze the rotors.May or may not be your problem but worth a look..

Humm.. sorry but the noise definatly is not break, or break pad related. Im pretty good when it comes to working on my own vehicles, diagnosing and fixing most problems.

But the TSB for motor mount did not fix the problem. as i figured it would not. Noise is starting to be more evident with colder weather.

Also, when i start my car first thing on a colder day and just rotate the strearing wheel slowly i can hear that same noise. A couple slow rotations of the stearing wheel back and forth and the noise is gone.
