Exclamation brand new 2009 toyota yaris problem!

hello everyone,
I bought a brand new 2009 Toyota yaris sedan S on jun 25th from Toyota of Santa Monica, California. it had 100 miles on it. after 2 months and 15 days of ownership, I noticed a wired embarrassing squeaking noise coming from the driver side front wheel when I am driving at a speed of 5 to 25 mph (and maybe more). So I took it back to the dealer. the mechanic drove it and noticed the noise. after 2 hours. he called me and told me that there is nothing wrong with the car, they just rotate the tires, drove it for 7 miles and the noise went away. when I left the dealer and drove the car home, I noticed that the squeaking noise in fact disappeared and the car was fine for the next 7 days. but after that, the noise appeared again coming from the same place!
can anybody tell me what I should do. I don't want to take any actions before I know what other people think. the car now has 1480 miles on it !!! I put all my saving on this vehicle knowing that Toyota makes reliable and long lasting cars!! it is really depressing.
thank you very much.

Just keep taking it back to the dealer is about all you can do. Does the squeaking match car speed?or engine speed, could be a faulty belt, brake rotor, wheel bearing, i cant see where rotating tires would accomplish anything to do with a squeak

hi,
thank you for your response. Yes, the squeaking noise matches car speed. I can't hear it when I am on the freeway but I'm sure its there. when they rotated the tires the noise went away. than it came back after a week or so. and they also told me that they turned the wheel when the car was lifted in the air and there was no noise !! if this was a 6, 7 or 8 years old, I can probably live with the problem, but it is brand new !!
thank you.

Canada Perfect Car

I'd sure stay after the dealer, or maybe if there's another dealer for a second opinion. You paid for a perfect car and that's what you should have. My Echo is nearly 10 yrs old and it's near-perfect and I hope you'll be able to say that in ten yrs time. Do they charge you for warranty visits?

Are you sure it's coming from outside of the car in the wheel well and not the dash rubbing on the A-pillar up in the front corner of the windshield? Those two types of plastic rubbing is notorious for squeaks and it is often temperature sensitive. It may go away when the interior warms up or cools off compared to it's temp while sitting.

We had to have them install a bit of felt along those seams to quite the squeak.

Another thing I had a mechanic tell me is sometimes there is a bad weld and while it's not a structural issue, it will cause a squeak. That's a much bigger issue to track down though.
