Pointy spark plugs?

First off, I apologize if this is a stupid question but when I took out the plugs in my echo to have a look at them (previous owner didnt know the last time they were changed) I wanted to check because the car has a tiny tiny almost unnoticeable vibration at idle. I figure this just may be what tiny four bangers do, never had one but it is definitely acceptable and unnoticeable with an music on.

Well anyway, I took them out and they were pointy? like the spark cap/tip was pointed like a spike. I have never seen this before and bought many types of NGK plugs.

Is this normal for this car?

How many miles?
Got pics or what's the part number on the plug. Google it and compare.

12k miles on the plugs, they were some type of NGK. I did a bit of research and it seems it is normal for plugs for small engines. It runs fine except a tiny shake like I said. Think that is just normal.
