Echo won't shift from park, no hazards, no radio, no turn signal

My husband replaced my daughters water pump in 2002 Echo. Now the car won't shift from park. Also no turn signal, no hazard lights, no radio, no heater or AC fan. Is there a reset switch or something? Any help is greatly appreciated. Also it starts and runs fine.

The WP replacement SHOULD have no effect on the other components, but there is a power distribution center under the hood (mine's on the drivers side fender) with fuses and relays that cover those components. I'd pull the cover there and see if all is well. Failing that a fusible link failure might explain the wide variety of issues. If so get back on here and one of us will have a squint at the wiring diagrams and lead you toward a solution,
