HELP FAST Please!! Camshaft oil control valve

First of all I would like to say hello


I need to replace my camshaft oil control valve on my 07 yaris so I called the dealer and they said 160.00 for the part. I can buy a used control valve for 25.00 but it came out of a 02 Camry. It looks the same as far as I can tell. So my question.....Are all oil control valves the same between 02 and 07 Toyotas?

hello, I don't think there the same since the engine are different. I do have an extra one from my yaris i can sell it to you for 30$ includes shipping. Or 25$ if you can pick it up. The engine had 109xxx km on it. Here a photo of it. The end is a little rusted but you can clean that up.

I had a closer look at the 02 Camry valve and noticed that the mounting bracket is different, so I think you are correct. I'll buy yours, I will PM you my address.

The oil contol valve for a Yaris 07 and Camry 02 are not the same! The part # you need is 15330-21011 and cost about $94.00 at the dealer over the counter. If your local dealer is charging you that musch for the part he is ripping you off. I priced this part @ toyota of nashua.
