Echo Rough/Shaky Idle

Ok, so recently my echo will have a rough/shaky idle when in drive after the car has been stopped for a second. Letting go of the brake immediately fixes it, and the car pulls strong and smooth throughout normal driving situations.
Also, running on 93 octanes seems to make it better as well.

Any ideas how to fix this? I have tried for a while and this is what I have tried.
1 Cleaning intake/throttle body (I clean the TBs on my cars very often)
2 Air filter is fine
3 Intake clamps are all tight, no leaks

It never feels like its gonna die, but its just annoying and embarrasing.
Does this engine have an idle speed adjustment like most old 4 cylinder engines do?

I've seen a dirty mass air flow sensor cause this. Unscrew two screws on top the air box, clean sensor with brake cleaner VERY CAREFULLY and put it back. Do not get any brake cleaner on the o-ring.

I just cleaned it, gonna go on an hour and a half drive in a few minutes.
Ill let you know. Thank you for the help.

I thought my normal intake cleaning would have taken care of it but now that I look at where its located I can see why it didnt get cleaned to well. It was quite filthy and had a piece of gunk on it as well.

Seems to have done the trick though I only tested it at a few lights because I wanted the AC on.
Regardless it needed to be cleaned, thank you

I took it for a drive today with no ac or radio and the idle is definitely smoother thank you!
I put off checking it out for too long, I guess I thought it was normal for them to be a lil shaky.
I grew up with my father always pointing out four bangers with visibly shaking tailpipes and saying how unbalanced they were :p

I cleaned mine with gas and when I started the vehicle the engine check light came on, so I took if off again and blew out the sensor with compressed air and then everything worked normal, no problems running so far. I purchased a used throttle body an spent some time glass beading it and making changes to the throttle shaft. I cut one half of the throttle shaft out to try to create a smoother air flow in the venturi. When I installed the throttle body on the car, everything seemed to work fine except the fact that the idle on start up was much higher than the stock throttle body. I took it off and replaced all of the rubber gaskets and put it back on this morning. Once again when I started the vehicle from cold it idled high abour 3000 rpm wheras the stock runs at 2000 rpm???? Any suggestions.
