I hit the fuse panel under the hood and the fuse is fine. I can hit the horn on the steering wheel and I hear a click like noise near the fuse panel. i am hoping someone can help me. i am obviously looking for suggestions. I do not know where the horn relay is located. anyone? my other ideas are that it is the horn itself or the button behind that pad on the steering wheel. can anyone help me? please and thanks. take care
