USA Echo - back up light switch

Hello! Does anybody know how to pull the center console (stick shift/cup holders) up in an manual '02 Echo so I can test the back up light switch? My back up lights are out (brand new bulbs and fuse) and the dealership wants $150 just to poke around plus the cost of the fix. If it's not the switch I'll take it in, but I'm hoping to save the $$ and at least check it out myself first. I saw the screw in the back, but don't see any other bolts/clips, and can't find anything online about it either. I hope it's an easy fix that I'm just overlooking somehow.

Thanks for your help!
