Front Lower control arm replacement problem

My wife's 03 echo failed inspection because of the bushings... from what I've heard and read, you can't buy just the bushing, gotta be the whole control arm. ok, that's fine... I shopped around and got 3 totally different prices. I bought the 2nd cheapest option because they could get them the fasest. I get the parts, the bolt holes on the replacement part are smaller the the original and the stock bolts will not go through.

Anyone else have this issue? did they change the hole size that year or around then? Or the part I got is just not the right one? Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated. Got a holiday on monday so can't even order new parts until tuesday and don't know how that is going to go.

So I've bought sets from 2 different suppliers, but neither have a big enough opening for the bolts. So now I think I'm going to have to buy from the dealer @ $378 ea. why is it the aftermarket parts can't fit??
