I've been looking off and on for a couple years for something like that for my 2002 Echo, but I've never come across anything that I've just loved. I did come up with one or two other solutions though. The easiest solution is the bluetooth OBD-2 reader that you sync to your iPhone and use with the LogWorks App. I'm sure there are other apps out there, and since I write my own as well, I was going to look into what data I could get off the bluetooth and make my own gauge cluster for everything that was missing (Tach, Water Temp, Oil Pressure, Battery Voltage, etc.) and just show it on my iPhone or iPad in that empty spot in front of the steering wheel. The other solution was to run a small computer out of your car and hook it to an inverter and do the same thing with a touch screen mounted in the same place. I know of some PC software that already has customizable gauge clusters.
