2001 Toyota Echo Idling Roughly After Oil Change

I apologise as I've seen similar threads regarding idling, but the circumstances of mine are more than a little strange and dissimilar.

Yesterday I went to a local Jiffy Lube to get an oil change as well as have my filters changed out. Everything seemed right as rain as I pulled out. However, my car has been idling roughly when first started. Once I've been driving for a bit, it smooths out and seems fine, but as soon as I've turned it off, the next time I hit the ignition, it becomes increasingly rough again. I returned to the Jiffy Lube to see if they had made any mistakes, but of course, when they checked everything, it started fine without any seeming errors.

Is there an obvious cause like a loose oil or fuel filter I should check? Or do I definitely need to find a mechanic?

*Note: I haven't had any issues to this previously, so I assume they did something odd. If I'm clearly wrong, please let me know.

I'd check the airbox to make sure the MAF sensor is plugged in as well as the IAT sensor (Intake Air Temperature). We get a lot of "Quick Lube" screw ups into our dealership. Last week we had a Sienna that had the oil changed at a quick lube shop with the air filter jammed in backwards which damaged the box and the MAF was disconnected. It ran like crap too.

I would re-check the connections to the air filter, as they might have become dislodged or reconnected improperly.

If you cant do your own oil changes get it done at a trusted mechanic rather than some minimum wage student at Jiffy Lube..
PS
check to see if there is actually oil in the car!

There's a few hoses / cables that run behind the air box that should be held in place to keep from vibrating against the firewall.
