its not turning over at all,im thinkin starter or neutral start switch but if the signal wire is not getting lit by the ign switch i will get an alldata subscription and see wtf on a schamatic,

i have done nothing except let it sit there and the starter terminals are covered so jumping starter is out of the question and its reallu cold here lol

whine off,lol

ill drag it home tomorrow and maybe smack the starter with a hammer before i drag it lol

she drove it to work at -2 and was -15 by afternoon so maybe a quinkydink

We had a Yaris come into work yesterday with the engine compartment heavily packed with snow. Some of it melted and dripped into the starter. This might be your problem. If you can get the starter dried out you might be ok.

1- Check voltages directy on bat therminal + - (not the wires after it !) While tryin to start

2- Check voltages between batery positive wire connection and motor body While tryin to start

If <12v check bat

If any of those is note like the other , somthing is wrong in connections

Try give a littl beating on the starter whit a hammer. if it work , change the starter (not a grand mother trick, it save my life twice)
