Ok, About a month ago i wrecked my Tercel, so on the picture on my little profile on the bottom of my threads doesnt look like that... looks more like jlsafjkldjal. Well, My friend sold his tercel and someone is picking it up in a few days, just he knows the guy he sold it to will just abuse it. He wants to know if i want to buy his starlet front end before he changes it back to stock.
ok, The lights, I'm going to ask him for both for under $50 kuz im cheap and he just wants to get rid of it all. How much are the Starlet fenders, because he had them on delivery to his house because he didnt know he wanted to sell it then. and the hood, Dont i need a longer hood or somthing?? the bumper i dont have to worry about because My cousin is getting me a crappy jacked up lexus is300 C-1 bumper for HOPEFULLY free. Imma make that work and look cool. Basically for all the starlet stuff, how much and is it a good idea? or can it be possible for me to just buy the light and custom everything else to make it cheaper.
Sorry I wrote so much, I just dont know what to do.... before he sells them to someone.....
starlet is not worth putting any effort for it to fit the tercel homie, trust me, ive had the bumper, fenders and the hood, not a good swap to do. i have the hood on because of my top mount kooler, so i HAD to custom make it fit(not too much work tho). but wahtever suits u. as for the head lights, just go to ur local junkyard and try to pik some out of a dx model. i would save a little more and get the wide body fenders from www.extremedimensions.com or the whole evo5 kit, looks bad arse on the cel. laterz
thanks, Well, i just gave up $300 to my parents because i owe them, they wanted it TODAY, and thats all i had, so now i cant do jack sht to my car now... Im going to have to wait longer. I'm thinking just put the 96 lights, keep my bumper idea with the C-1 and custom it kuz thats all im good at in life.....unfortunatly.... and Not buy the starlet stuff for my car at all....
ok, I told that basterd, he said that he will sell it for $100 for the lights and the bumper. I call him a basterd because i took out my cluster because he said pick it up tonight, Its now 12 and i went to his house at eleven and he never even botherd to take the damn thing out. He was going to charge me $50 for a paseo cluster with indiglow gauges? is that a good price? I'm just mad because I told him I will go there at 11 and he said he will take it out for me. SO LBT, I'll tell him you want it but maybe he will flake on you like he did me for the third time. I might even steel the damn lights and give it to you to piss him off........Just kidding.
Ok, he called me back just now, an hour later than he should have, and said he was at the GYM. So he said go tomorow and get the cluster. LBT, I will ask him if he can sell it to you (the starlet front end) and i will put it here. Also i Think he will put the starlet in a forum on a buy/sell section. I'll let you know though.
for sure I'll let you know. I told him about TN had somone who was willing to buy it, and he said just let them know he might put it on either ebay or one of the forums. but he will have to tell me evenutally. and about that cluster.... HERR HERR HERR, I went to his car and he wasnt there, he told me to just go in the car and take it out myself, so i took it out and never paid yet...... But yes, I will let you know.
Well, I'm not really educated on the starlet, however i do know when i saw them they look really nice. suppose you look at the 92 tercel composite lights, its just like an inch smaller with my Eye view. They are composite, little smaller than the 92 tercel lights composite. NOTE: remember i dont really know much about the Starlet head lights but I thought they just Looked really nice.
