noob questions

Hello all, i'm about to rotate tires on my buddy's 08 yaris and I have a couple of questions. I've searched on this forum and cannot find the answerd i'm looking for. Where are you guys placing your hydraulic jacks to lift the front end up? And how can I take the car safely off the jack stands without making the car slip off the stands? I can find the spot where I can place my jack on camrys and corollas but I'm a bit stumped with the yaris.

they are a pain, as they are all the way under the vehicle. Kinda in the middle of the car, but way way under the bumper. It is a really weird spot.
