2007 Yaris blower motor

I have a 2007 Yaris Hatchback, and recently the a/c stopped blowing. Now At first I could hear the motor sort of pulsing, like it would rev up then slow back down then back up and down, over and over. Sounded like someone was turning a box fan from high to low over and over again. So then it started not coming on at all until I moved the air to pull from outside, and back to the recycle from in cabin one, then it would kick on but just pulse like I previously explained. Now it it just doesn't even turn on. Now I read about someones blower motor going out, but it sounded a little different. So If Im wrong I apologize for posting a similar thread, but I have a 10mth old and it gets really hot in a car with no AC. please help me. Thanks you so much.

Not sure about our cars, but blower motors are usually a major pain to replace. There are electrical circuit tests you can do to ensure that the motor is the culprit. Meanwhile if you keep it turned to "outside air" you'll get some air moving past your AC and into the cabin. Partly-open windows on one side or other will help move that cooled air as well. On a previous car I installed a sunroof to pull out stale air, and I just loved it. I'm considering that on my car this summer altho my AC works fine.

sounds like it, and as denman mentioned, it is both a pita to deal with and it is always an expensive fix as well.

I would hope it was a fuse or a wire or something a lot easier first, just for hope's sake.
