I have a 2005 Echo with 101,000km. 4 door. My intermittent wipers stopped working also when you pull on wiper to spray windshields with fluid also not working, wipers work in slow and fast speed but when shut off they do not return to normal spot but stop where ever you stop them at, any help would be great, thank you in advance.
