2000 Toyota Echo engine problem

Hi there everyone! I just signed up on this site as I believe someone here may know what's wrong with my car. It is a 2000 Toyota Echo. I had a friend hook it up to find out the trouble codes and it came up with "P1310" (Ignitor #3 Circuit problem) and also "P0303" (Cylinder 3 misfire).

After he checked the plugs and wires and did a compression test (it was at 90, but he admited that his tester wasn"t that great), the car started to feel a little more sluggish...After ahwile after driving home it felt better.

Check engine light is still on, could it be the crank shaft position sensor?

I'd suspect the coil pack on #3 cylinder. Can you swap coil packs and see if your cylinder misfire code moves along with the swapped coil pack?
