Yaris coolant change issue

Hi, so decided to change the coolant in my 2009 yaris. I started by opening the radiator drain plug. About a gallon of coolant came out, but when I went to put new coolant into the reservoir, only about a half liter went in before it filled up. I can't find the cylinder block drain, so unsure what I need to do now.

Leave the cap off, start the car and wait for it to circulate a little, it should suck down and you can add the rest. Why do you feel you need to change the coolant on a two year old car anyway, all modern coolant is good for 5 years as I understand it.

Here is a how to, may be helpful.
