Hello All & a Question.

Hello Echo Lovers .
I'm currently on my 5th echo.I normaly buy ,drive and sell them..But the Latest gas prices have me keeping this one. The latest one is a 02 4 door Manual with 64K. Stole it for $1500 ( needs a rear bumper . Its torn )

My Question is, I have a 02 ,,My front seats have 1 cig. burn in each seat. ( drives me Nuts seeing them.Only interior issue ).
I found a 04 Echo Parts car...Will the 04 seats directly bolt up to the 02 ?

Thanks for any Responce

For interim visual relief why not just go to Walmart and get some cheap seat covers..

...and then save up for some Clazzio covers - even the vinyl ones are fantastic. Frankly, though I am not positive they are available for your car - I have them for the Scion xA, the Echo's cousin.

My Yaris had a cig burn on the passenger seat.

Before you buy seat covers, try this. Trim a patch off the seat material from the excess under the seat. Make a patch that is larger than the burn.

Take the patching material and trim it so it is round, but still larger than the burn mark.

Now using a large sewing needle or a thin netting needle, slowly work the patch under the seat cover material between the seat cover and the foam. You may have to fill the burn hole with foam or stuffing if it is deep, so that you get a slight lump when the patch is worked in.

This will leave a small, matching patch that is muck less noticeable than a burn hole.

Thanks for the reply all. I was just trying to avoid putting seat covers on. 99% of them look so cheesy. And you just dont know how they are gonna fit.

DMZ, I will give that a shot and see how it looks.
