Hi All,
I know that our beloved Echo's may not be known as particularly
solid cars, but we love them all the same.
Still, my rear doors close with a fairly substantial
thunk.
I just wish I could say the same about the front doors. I had two missing bolts from the lock mechanism on the driver's door. So, I took one from the passenger door, and I now have one missing from both sides.

Even with all bolts in place, the front passenger door didn't give me that satisfying
thunk I wanted.
Would adjusting the striker (on the B-pillar) help the door close more solidly?
Also, these are really uniquely Toyota bolts (with nylon heads) that I've not been able to find in a hardware store.
Thanks.
