Canada blower problem

since yesterday i hear the motor blower running but the cabin air is cold. The coolant level is ok and radiator fan is working properly. I don't know which part failed? the blower motor or the resistor

Anyone have an idea? thanks

Assuming you can feel moving air, ie blower working, I'd look at the temperature controller. It could be as simple as a cable or vacuum line off the valve lever. Follow the heater hoses toward the firewall to find the valve. If it's not there reply and I'll go look at mine..

If the blower is circulating air through the cabin as it should and it runs at all speeds then the blower and resistors (which provide the different speeds) are not the problem. You can have the right coolant level and the radiator fan working but if there's a valve which keeps coolant from cycling through the heater core you'll need to manually open it for a temp fix and then repair the problem. If it's not the valve then it's probably a defective thermostat. It may be stuck open or just a weak spring allowing it to open too soon. Check your temp gauge to see if you're reaching a normal operating temperature.
