Heat/AC delayed turn on, no rear defrost

Hi Folks

Last year I had issues with the heat in my 2002 echo not working. I replaced the blower motor resistor and everything worked fine.

Last week the same vehicle started having an issue with the heat not turning on at all. The problem is intermittent. Most of the time the heat/AC will turn on after about 10-20 minutes of driving, and will work at all speeds. For example the entire system worked just fine on Sunday. But this morning the heat would not turn on until I drove for 15 minutes. Also now I can not turn on the rear defrost, all I hear is a click from the left side of the dash. Does anyone know if the rear defrost and cabin AC use the same relay? That would explain most of the troubles.
Am I right thinking that these issues are caused by a relay that is failing?
Anyone have similar issues?

Thanks
-Gene

Fixed it all.

Got a new blower motor, and all of my issues went away.
