Will these spark plug wires work on a 5EFHE engine?

yeah they will work....but keep in mind that mojority of the plug wires out there, are not as well built as the factory toyota. if you have a junk yard around you can also look for corolla wires as a backup. I've gone through 2 sets of spark plug wires in less than one year. 1 form autozone, and the other from napa. they were both built using crappy plastic. whereas the toyotas is much more durable. but the toyota ones are 64$.

if they came uncut then yeah..they are not known to go bad frequently....I regret switching to the napa and autozone ones, but it was my only option at the time. also check and see if your ignition coil and the distributor cap are in good condition. autozone can check the coil for you for free. they will checck the primary and the secondary to see if yours falls within the range for each.
