Hit a deer, whats my car worth?

Well this past weekend our 91 tercel 2dr 5spd hit a deer, Im not sure if its gonna be a write off or not. The insurance company said if the damadge costs more than 70% of the vehicles worth than its a write off. So im just curious what the blue book value is of my car, It has 160,000 km and is in pretty good shape. The hood is screwd, the right fender is screwd the rad is pushed way back, but the car still runs fine. oh also the bumper and side mirror or messed.

I can't tell you exactly how much a car like yours is worth but with the damage, it's not worth alot. Most 91 tercel's in good shape can be sold for around $2000 to 2500 CND with about the same mileage as yours. If the insurance can give a relatively good amount for your car, then spend it towards buying something else. The insurance should tell you approx. how much there is in damage, then judge by yourself if you wanna fix it or ditch it.

Well I found out today that there is about 4 grand in damadge, So we'll be getting a cheque for like $2700 from the insurance company. Now If anyone wants to buy the car I can buy it before it goes to the junkyard I think. The engine still runs fine and lots of parts are still good let me know
