Try Frank @ Element Auto Works. I think they are a site sponsor, and offer discounts

I had some eibachs installed this past summer on my 98 tercel. I went with the Pro Kit because I didn't wanted a big drop. Pro Kit will lower from 1.0'' to 1.5'' and Sportline will do 1.7'' to 2.3''. It really depends on what you want. I've been really happy with my springs so far, I only have a 1.1'' drop, which is good enough for me. I bought them from a local shop in my area and if I remember right, I think I paid around $250CND for mine but I could be wrong, I did other purchases at the same time so I don't remember everything.

If you're looking to buy some, the eibach website lists one dealer in your area:

TIRE & MUFFLER DEPOT TIRE PROS
1734 E. 12TH STREET
OAKLAND, CA 94606
(510) 533-8868 Phone
(510) 533-8866 Fax

Hope it answers your questions a bit more!
