92 terc needs major work
Hey all,
I recently acquired a 1992 tercel from my fiance, after i gave her my 1991 infiniti, but it has some big issues. i was wondering if it would be cheaper to just put a new engine in it, or if i should rebuild the thing. it puffs white smoke, the clutch slips all over the place, and the engine is covered in oil which seems to be coming from the valve cover, the spark plugs, and the head gasket. at the very least i need to rebuild the head, but if amnyone knows where i can get a rebult or new head for cheap, hit me back. also, would a later model engine ike out of a 1997 tercel fit on the transmission? just wondering what my swap options are.
