Question To swap or not to swap

After reading thru forum I found a few asking about swapping out their 1.5l 1NZFE for other motors. Has anybody actually done this? If not wich is better, Turbo or Supercharger? I have a 2002 Echo sedan. it can be seen at http://www.msnusers.com/RIEchoClub
I have planned some mods, but thought that an engine upgrade may do wonders, local Toyota dealer thinks that a GTS motor will fit right in. I will find out more as it goes in the shop on Monday for a tranny issue.

I've seen the 2ZZGE swapped in. It's a custom job. I've done it on a '98 Corolla. If you're interested email me at drtweak@phoenixtuning.com

Serious???

That would be the 170 HP 2ZZGE? Now I'll ask will it get the 6spd tranny as well or am I stuck with the 5spd? I just read on SCION NATION that an XB got a 2ZZGE, I know it's got more room under the hood than me, will that factor in?

Yeap, there's some pics of it floating around the internet somewhere. I would swap the 6-speed as well.

If you're going that far, you might as well go all out!
