Alpine x100 installed in tacoma

The ipod actually lives in the cubby under my 12 volt outlets. I routed the cable under there to
reach the radio so once you plug the ipod in you access everything from the headunit of the radio.
It also charges the ipod. The only negative is that if you turn off the truck the ipod will stay on
so you'll be draining its battery while you are away. I just remember to turn it off myself.

I also bought the remote you see in the lower din shelf (its handy for the "mute" function)
and I put one of those non-skid phone pads to keep things from flying around.
I have the XM installed but you can't see the parts because its all behind the dash.
I don't have the bluetooth extra or the HD radio.
