they don't! the egr pipe on the auto is mounted in a different spot, the injectors have more nozzles i think, and the ypipe/cat may have an extra air tube? it's all for emissions and perhaps clearance issues...i don't know, but according to the shop manual, these parts are different.

Huh, what do any of those things have to do with the transmission? Regarding the throttle body, im positive i can still use the same one after my 5-speed swap.
