I've had no problems with the two Pioneer decks (mine+gf) I've used in the last few years, and I think you would be pleased with them (I have since gotten a Kenwood). However, I don't think that is the best model for you as it only has 2 X 2v preouts. If you want to amp all four speakers in the future, and have a sub also, its best to have a deck with 3 preouts (front, rears, + sub). Look at other models.
Also, you will probably not have to upgrade the electrical system with that size of amp you've listed.
