Your English is fine. Just from a coastal parish, eh? Once a tire is worn out of round it may never drive true again and you might need new tires. Centering the steering wheel is done when the alignment is done. Stay away from those guys near you and take it to another dealer/city to get it done again. Drive the length of the parking lot and you will know if it close or not.
