, lol. But I've bought my fog lights from ebay, here's the link to where I bought mine,

So I've done your 1., as for 2., I haven't done that yet either, I'm waiting to get my lights and HID kit in, but the hard part isn't cutting the holes, it is the mounting. I've been all over the web trying to come up with a solution, I'm thinking about some type of mounting bracket, but need to see what the lights mounts come with. As far as your 3., that's not hard at all, the lights come with wiring harness, you plug the harness to the fog light bulbs, then it goes to your battery, poss and neg terminals, then you run the switch wire through your fire wall, just poke a hole in the rubber boot of your steering column, and mount the switch to turn on the fog lights where ever you want.
I should be doing my installation either this week or next week, I'm all for documenting with pics and sharing them with you, and if I find any other helpful tips, I'll pass them on...
