Your problem, or rather problems, might be the brake pads from the rear, the scraping noise that you are hearing might be coming from the brake indicators, these produces a scraping noise if the brake pads are worn. However, you do have to change both the pads and the rotors (Go with Brembos ). On the other hand, your problem with the Ebrake could be that the cable line from the ball of the switch is cut off, or there is a frozen or gunk build up from your brake line, or even the whole Ebrake assembly is messed up (this is usually caused by Drift racers who depend on their Ebrakes for drifting ). Anyhow, check those problems out!
