This is the electric, adjust from controls on the inside of the door mirror. It's cracked, but still intact, and I'm a tad nervous about pieces falling out after a jury-rig repair - but then again, the pieces are still all there, without any film holding 'em together. I got it at VIP, about in 2003 though so I can't remember all of the details and they may have changed anyway... My guess is that any such place will sll it

I drove it for about 4 years with that and the only problem I had was the heated mirrors didn't work as well... but we don't have that problem on Ts!
