This problem is constant from the moment that I cut on my car to the moment I shut it off. It can be in park in the parking lot and the sound is still occurring. It also does not get any louder when I hit the gas. It just stays the same all the time. It's a constant noise that occurs at all times when the car is cut on and does not seem to change intensity. Thanks again!!
