well if you work at wheels direct, you prolly knew Edwin with the blue EG. he told me he knew somebody that can weld and mount any aftermarket seat on stock rails for 50 bucks
i had a sparco sprint (bottom mount) mounted onto 1985 gts rails at home. all i had to do was take a few measurements, buy a 90 degree angled steel stock from home depo and started drilling and cutting (with dremel) and bolting up..
jover has my seat setup now. he used it for the drift event last year and i used it to track at shannonvile twice with no problems
randy has mastered mounting a side mount sparco seat low on the ae86, you should ask him how he did it on his.
