I hate the velcro. I actually take a sharp blade and slice it off. Here, you can see a piece of it (top right of image). I have mine upside down so that I slide the easy pass down. Dont know if there is a specific way. You can have it where you slide the EZPass up or from the side. __________________ CarDomain
