Bleeding the fuel system?

I had to take off my intake and plenium to replace valvle cover gaskets and now it takes awhile to start it after it has set for a period of time (overnight) . I can tell it is taking awhile to get fuel, the same thing happened after I rebuilt the engine but in time it stopped doing it on its own. I wasnt going to fix the problem untill I did the valve cover gaskets but it is now like it was before. I cant find anything in any of my manuels that address this issue. Can anyone enlighten me on this problem. Thank you all for your time.

Check to make sure that the cold start circuit is working properly. Remove the cold start injector and crank the engine over and see if fuel is spraying out when the engine is cold.
