Fix or Replace Rear Wiper Blade?

Hey guys, just wondering if anyone has ever had to fix their rear wiper blade?
On my 1990 Runner, I turn the knob to activate the rear wiper, and it come down, but only makes contact with a tiny portion of the window. I tried putting pressure on it, so it stays tight to the window, and that only fixes the problem temporarily. When the wiper returns to the sitting position off the glass, it will not contact again next time it turns on.

I am wondering if my spring might be shot, I wouldn't know the first thing to fix it because I can't buy those specialty kind in the small town I live in..

Any ideas?

Mine used to do that until I put a drop of oil on the hinge pin.
