94 Runner wont start codes 24,32 Short?

Aloha Having problems with my 94 runner. Died on the road no check engine light, no spark, Replaced the AFM with a new one and reset ecu wont start and now its throwing trouble codes 24 with key on and 24/32 after cranking it.both codes point to the AFM. AFM seems to operate the fuel pump when opened. and power specs are within range on the AFM connector, Connectors looks good any ideas as to where i should proceed next. Thanks again

Code 24 is air intake temp sensor found on back of intake manifold. I would borrow a used original AFM not a new remanufactured one from someone owning a 1990-95 4-Runner or 1989-95 pickup 4 cylinders.
