Transfercase chain question...

Does any one know off hand if the A340H, VF1A, and the VF2A use the same chain? I.e. the same length, width, and pitch? I have an A340H with a stretched chain, and good VF1A for parts, and no source of new parts with out along wait. This is gen 2 stuff 95 4runner with 3vze.
Thanks for any info. Paul

Well here is some information that I have found in my search for repair. Once pulling the chain out of the transfer case It measured out at 1.25" wide, .5" pitch, 31 links or (62 pitches), with round pins, this how ever didn't match with the parts listed for this t-case (A340H in a 95' 4runner V6 auto) very vague, no listing for specific tranny or t-case combos just year grouping. Also, pulled the chain out of the VF1A t-case this measured 1.25" wide, .4375" or (7/16") pitch, 37 links or 74 pitches, and rocker pins.

Anyway I discovered that there was a New Process chain that had the exact same specs, this chain was also in stock at the local gear and drive line shop. $80 for the new process chain compared to the $500 Toyota chain. Installed it, fit great runs and drives great. listed be low are the Toyota parts in read and the NP stuff in green (NOT OEM).

Toyota 4 Runner & Tacoma April 1993 up 1.25" wide 7/16 pitch, 74 Pitches, Rocker DTS-HV-117 $596.98

Toyota 4 Runner 84-86 1.25" wide 1/2pitch, 62 Pitches, Round DTS-HV-102 $563.98

Toyota 4 Runner 87-93 1.50" wide 7/16 pitch, 74 Pitches, Rocker DTS-HV-109B $499.98

Toyota Vans 1985 & up 1.00" wide 1/2 pitch, 62 Pitches, Round DTS-HV-103 $454.98

NP 233 C GM 4.3L 1989 and up 1.25" wide 1/2 pitch, 62 Pitches, Round DTS-HV-022 $102.66
NP 233 HD GM S10 Dodge Dakota 1.25" wide 1/2 pitch, 62 Pitches, Round DTS-HV-022 $102.66
